Natalagé “Jay” Davis is an artist and storyteller. Her debut picture book Girl Dad has been applauded by Kirkus Reviews, Publishers Weekly, SLJ Reviews, and Common Sense Selections. Her followup, Boy Dad will be published May 16th (HarperCollins).

Jay was born in New Jersey (a fact her father is extremely proud of) but raised in New York (a fact her mother is extremely proud of). Her work is inspired by the magic and misadventures of being a city kid. She currently resides in Brooklyn with her weiner dog Willow.
